Membrane pressure expansion vessel EC010958

A closed pressure container used in heating, cooling, or potable water systems to compensate for changes in water volume caused by temperature fluctuations. It is equipped with a flexible membrane (diaphragm or bladder) that separates the system water from a pre-pressurized gas chamber, thereby stabilizing system pressure.
